Nufarm and Sumitomo Enter into Distribution Deal in Italy

Agchem firm Nufarm (Melbourne) and Sumitomo Chemical say that their subsidiaries Nufarm Italia (Ravenna, Italy) and Sumitomo Chemical Italia (Milan) have signed a nonexclusive distribution contract. The deal will be effective from August 1, 2012. This new collaboration will enable Sumitomo Chemical Italia to enlarge its distribution with access to all of Nufarm Italia's crop protection portfolio for crop uses, except for seed treatment, in Italy. On the other side, Nufarm’s revenues of branded product sales in Italy will see more growth...
