Evonik Closes H202 Unit

Evonik Industries has announced that its Evonik Medavox subsidiary will permanently close its production of hydrogen peroxide (H2O2) and sodium percarbonate at Bussi sul Tirino, Italy by the end of March. “The company is forced to take this step as commercially viable production at Bussi is no longer possible due to altered market conditions,” Evonik says.
