ENI to Restructure Polimeri Europa; Priolo Site to be Reconfigured

ENI (Rome) has announced its 2012-2015 strategic plan, which includes a major overhaul of its chemicals activities, run by subsidiary Polimeri Europa (Milan). ENI’s chemical plan, dubbed “a new turnaround strategy ”aims to increase revenues from added value products from less than 30% of chemicals’ total to 50% by 2015; to increase revenues from outside Europe to more than 10%; and to form production alliances and joint ventures.
