Borealis Divests Melamine Resins Business to Investors

Borealis says its melamine manufacturing subsidiary AMI Agrolinz Melamine has agreed to sell its melamine resins and additives business based in Italy to Borgo Olona (Milan), a group of Italian investors. The operation being sold is based at Castellanza and has capacity for about 12,000 m.t./year of melamine resins and 3,000 m.t./year of additives.
