Regions :: Western Europe :: Italy Borealis Divests Melamine Resins Business to Investors2:48 AM MST | February 3, 2009 | Natasha Alperowicz Borealis says its melamine manufacturing subsidiary AMI Agrolinz Melamine has agreed to sell its melamine resins and additives business based in Italy to Borgo Olona (Milan), a group of Italian investors. The operation being sold is based at Castellanza and has capacity for about 12,000 m.t./year of melamine resins and 3,000 m.t./year of additives.
