Bayer Sells Part of Unsaturated Polyester Resins Unit

Bayer MaterialScience says it has sold part of its unsaturated polyester resins business to Veneziani (Garbagnate, Italy) for an undisclosed sum. The deal includes Akzoâ€™s products primarily used in the formulation of wood finishes. The deal does not include brand names, production plants, or employees, Bayer says.
