Bayer Divests Part of Resins Business

Bayer MaterialScience says it has sold part of its unsaturated polyester resins business to Veneziani (Garbagnate, Italy) for an undisclosed sum. The deal includes products primarily used in the formulation of wood finishes. The deal does not include brand names, production plants, or employees, Bayer says.
