Balchem Buys Akzo’s Methylamines and Choline Chloride Businesses

Balchem (New Hampton, NY) says it has agreed to acquire Akzo Nobel’s methylamines and choline chloride businesses for an undisclosed amount. The businesses have combined sales of about $35 million/year. The deal is expected to close by early June. Rossi: Adding a European presence.
