Arkema to Buy SNF’s Activated Carbon Business

Arkema subsidiary CECA has offered to buy SNF Floerger’s activated carbon and regeneration business (Legnago, Italy). Financial terms of the deal were not disclosed. SNF’s activated carbon business generates sales of about €4 million/year ($6.4 million).
