Agrium Buys Italian Fertilizer Distributor

 Agrium says it has acquired fertilizer distribution company CerealToscana (Livorno, Italy) for $27 million, plus working capital. The deal includes Agroport, CerealToscana's Romanian subsidiary.  CerealToscana and Agroport have combined gross sales of about $200 million, and an average Ebitda of $8 million during the past three years before expected synergies.
