Yara acquires marine air pollution reduction technology firm

Yara announced today that it has agreed to acquire H+H Umwelt- und Industrietechnik (Hargesheim, Germany), a leading player in marine selective catalytic reduction (SCR) technology, strengthening Yara’s position in the area of nitrogen oxide (NOx) emissions control systems. Yara says that through this acquisition, it continues to develop into a global emission-to-air abatement company, building a comprehensive portfolio of NOx reduction systems.
