Yara acquires marine air pollution reduction technology firm

Yara announced today that it has agreed to acquire H+H Umwelt- und Industrietechnik (Hargesheim, Germany), a leading player in marine selective catalytic reduction (SCR) technology, strengthening Yara’s position in the area of nitrogen oxide (NOx) emissions control systems.
