VCI president outlines industry demands for next German government

The importance of industry for Germany is valued across the political spectrum, "but an industrial policy that reaches across government departments does not exist in Berlin," said Karl-Ludwig Kley, president of German chemical industry association VCI (Frankfurt) and chairman of Merck KGaA, in a recent discussion with leading German politicians, VCI has announced.
