SGL completes acquisition of 100% of Portuguese firm Fisipe

SGL Group (Wiesbaden, Germany)—a leading producer of carbon-based products, including carbon fibers—says that following the conclusion of the compulsory offer and squeeze-out, it has completed the acquisition of 100% of Fibras Sinteticas de Portugal (Fisipe; Lavradio, Portugal). Fisipe's listing on Lisbon's stock exchange has been discontinued as a result, the company says.
