Reports: BASF and Shell agree to payout in Brazil contamination case

BASF and Shell Brazil have agreed to a payout plan to compensate some former workers of a Paulinia, São Paulo, chemical production site allegedly exposed to chemical contamination. The companies agreed to pay for the medical treatment of 1,068 former workers and/or their dependents.
