Oxea Breaks Ground on Carboxylic Acid Plant in Germany

Oxea broke ground on Friday on a previously announced carboxylic acid plant at Oberhausen, Germany. The facility, the company’s third such unit, will raise capacity by 40%. The plant is due to be completed during this year.
