Merck KGaA to Market ESK Ceramics' Range of Cosmetic Fillers

Merck KGaA (Darmstadt, Germany) and ESK Ceramics (Kempten, Germany) have signed an agreement under which Merck will market a range of ESK’s functional fillers to the cosmetics industry. Merck will also undertake responsibility for technology-related customer support relating to certain ESK products. The agreement applies globally outside of North America and is effective immediately. Financial terms were not disclosed.
