Bernstein (London). The December IFO chemical industry expectations survey reading of -0.6, in December, represents a significant improvement from -11.9, in November, Bernstein notes. Based on the decline of the IFO indicator through most of 2011, Bernstein estimated that BASF's net margins could fall by 300 basis points in 2012 with the earliest upswing for BASF's earnings...
