German cartel office orders Brenntag to dissolve distribution jv

The Bundeskartellamt (Bonn), Germany's federal cartel office, has prohibited Brenntag and CG Chemikalien (Laatzen, Germany) from continuing with their chemical distribution joint venture, CVH Chemie-Vertrieb (Hanover, Germany).
