Evonik sells skin care products business to UK’s Deb Group

Evonik Industries says it has signed an agreement on 19 March with the Deb Group (Denby, UK), to sell Evonik’s global line of skin-care products for professionals, a business that the company bundles under the brand name Stoko Professional Skin Care, to Deb. Deb is a global leader on the market for skin-care systems used in occupational and public settings, Evonik says. Financial terms of the deal were not disclosed. The transaction is expected to close in two months, pending approval by the Evonik supervisory board and by the German antitrust authorities...
