Energy industries association welcomes reform of renewable energy law, but warns on high energy costs

Germany's energy-intensive industries association EID (Berlin) says it welcomes the decision by the German government to continue the cost relief regulation, part of the country’s renewable energy law (EEG). The fundamentals have thus been created to enable energy-intensive companies to remain competitive, EID says.
