The 2011 European Petrochemical Association (EPCA) annual meeting broke attendance records with more than 2,500 registered delegates. EPCA president and Ineos group director Tom Crotty opened the event, held at the start of October in Berlin, where the recent cooling of demand for petrochemicals was the main topic of discussion (p. 29).
