Dynea forms dedicated wood adhesives company

Dynea (Helsinki) has formed a new company, Dynea North (Lillestrøm, Norway), focusing on the speciality wood adhesives market in Europe, the company said today. The new firm is a European market leader with a broad portfolio of adhesives for the wood processing industries, of which formaldehyde based resins are the most significant. Other chemistries include adhesives based on polyurethanes, emulsion polymer isocyanate, polyvinyl acetate dispersions, and hot melts.
