Clariant to use biobased succinic acid in production of pigments

Clariant is incorporating renewable raw materials into quinacridone pigments produced at the company's Frankfurt-Höchst facility, in Germany, the company announced today. The decision makes Clariant the first pigment producer to offer products derived from biobased succinic acid, the company says.
