Brenntag shareholders approve stock split

"The vast majority" of Brenntag's shareholders have approved the company's previously annouced plans to split its shares at a ratio of 1:3, the company says. Each Brenntag shareholder will receive, without additional payment, two supplementary Brenntag shares for every share they hold.
