BASF mulls expansion of capacity for chelating agent

BASF says that, in order to meet the fast growing global market demand for its chelating agent, the company is investigating several options to expand and globalize its Trilon M methylglycinediacetic acid production capacity including plant expansions and investments into new production facilities. Decisions based on such investigations are expected before the end of 2013, BASF says.
