BASF Shuffles Its Board as Marcinowski Retires

BASF announced today the appointment of Wayne Smith to its board, effective April 27, 2012. Stefan Marcinowski will retire from the BASF board on that date. Smith, an American citizen, is currently head of BASF’s polyurethanes division headquartered in Brussels. BASF’s supervisory board has also extended Andreas Kreimeyer’s appointment as executive directo/research until the end of the annual meeting in May 2015.
