BASF Completes Sale of Fertilizer Assets to EuroChem

BASF says it has completed the previously announced sale of its fertilizer activities at Antwerp to EuroChem (Moscow). The total amount of the transaction will reach approximately €830 million ($1.1 billion) including a separate payment of about €130 million in 2013-16, BASF says.
