Bayer completes acquisition of German pharmaceutical company

Bayer says it has completed the previously announced acquisition of Steigerwald Arzneimittelwerk (Darmstadt, Germany), a pharmaceutical company specializing in pharmacy-only herbal medicines. The transaction was cleared by the relevant antitrust authorities, Bayer says.
