Mitsubishi Rayon makes acquisitions in Germany, Japan

Mitsubishi Rayon says it has completed the acquisition of TK Industries (Naila, Germany), a company that develops and manufactures carbon fiber based multiaxial noncrimp fabric (NCF), on 31 October. Separately, Mitsubishi Rayon announced it has also acquired Challenge (Sayama, Japan), a carbon fiber–reinforced plastics (CFRP) parts manufacturer, on 1 November.
