Yara acquires Borealis’s stake in urea plant at Le Havre, France

Borealis Chimie (Paris), a subsidiary of Borealis, has divested its stakes in the urea plant at Le Havre, in the northwest coast of France; and in a related ammonia storage facility at Gonfreville l'Orcher, France, to Yara. Borealis acquired Total's GPN (Paris) fertilizer business last year, including the 52.15% ownership in the Le Havre urea plant and a 37.50% stake in the related ammonia storage facility.
