Yara Restarts In France

Yara International says it will restart production of ammonia and urea at Le Havre, France in mid-March. Yara had temporarily stopped production at the Le Havre site last November due to poor market conditions. The decision to restart reflects improved international urea prices and lower energy costs, Yara says.
