US court rejects appeal by DuPont, Honeywell in HCFC lawsuit

The US Court of Appeals for the District of Columbia has rejected an appeal by Honeywell International and DuPont, which sought to overturn a prior ruling regarding certain hydrochlorofluorocarbons (HCFC) allowances allocated by EPA to competitors Arkema and Solvay.
