U.K. Pushes for Climate Treaty to be Made Legally Binding

U.K. prime-minister Gordon Brown has declared that he will campaign to make the weak climate agreement made in Copenhagen at the weekend legally binding.   Brown viewed the agreement in Copenhagen which sets out to limit global warming to 2C by 2050 “as a “vital first step” only. “This is the first step we are taking towards a green and low carbon future for the world, steps we are taking together.
