Regions :: Western Europe :: France Tessenderlo Plans Job Cuts at Pharma Ingredients Site in France6:33 AM MDT | April 21, 2010 | Nancy Seewald Tessenderlo Group subsidiary Calaire Chimie (Calais, France), a manufacturer of intermediate organic substances and active ingredients for the pharmaceutical industry, says it has undertaken a reorganization of its Calais production facility due to a 52% decline in sales. Management has proposed eliminating 51 positions at the site, about 20% of the facility’s total workforce, and is working with employee representatives to finalize a plan.
