Sumitomo Seika More than Doubles Superabsorbents Capacity in France

Sumitomo Seika says it will boost superabsorbents capacity at Arkema's Carling, France manufacturing complex. Sumitomo Seika acquired the operation from Arkema in 2008, and Arkema continues to manufacture the product under a toll arrangement.
