Solvay to stop a polymer production line in France

Solvay says that its polyamide and intermediates business has decided to temporarily stop one of its three production lines in the company’s Belle-Etoile site, at Saint-Fons, France. The Belle-Etoile facility manufactures the company’s Stabamid nylon-6,6 polymer product range. This decision will be maintained until better economic conditions are recovered, Solvay says.
