He was addressing journalists in Seoul via a video link from Shanghai, where he is currently visiting Rhodia’s business managers in Asia. Solvay in April agreed to buy Rhodia for €3.4 billion in cash, creating an industry giant with leadership positions in most of the companies’ products.
