Orbeo will become a wholly owned subsidiary of Rhodia Energy, a Solvay subsidiary, on completion of the deal at the end of this year. Orbeo operates in the carbon markets and is active in the area of carbon dioxide abatement , including the development of greenhouse gas (GHG) emission-abatement projects.
