Private equity–backed Polynt offers to buy Total's CCP Composites

CCP Composites (Courbevoie, France), a Total subsidiary specialized in composite resins; and Polynt Group (Scanzorosciate, Italy) plan to combine in a deal that would create an integrated composite resins producer that would rank first in Europe and third worldwide, Total says.
