Regions :: Western Europe :: France Minakem Acquires API Plant from AstraZeneca9:59 AM MDT | May 29, 2009 Pharmaceutical intermediates and active pharma ingredients (API) manufacturer Minakem (Beuvry-la-Forêt, France) has completed the acquisition of a multi-purpose API plant at Dunkirk, France from AstraZeneca. Minakem says it has also signed a long-term contract with AstraZeneca to supply budesonide, omeprazole, and esomeprazole. Financial details of the deal were not disclosed.
