Linde and Messer Form Gases JV in France

Linde and Messer say they have formed a 50-50 joint venture, Limes (Paris), to build an air separation facility at Saint Herblain, France. The jv will invest €20 million ($26 million) to build the unit, which will have capacity to produce 300 m.t./day of industrial gases on completion in the second quarter of 2008.
