Kem One bidders granted two more months to finalize takeover plans

The commercial court of Lyon, France, has granted the three bidders for debt-ridden polyvinyl chloride (PVC) producer Kem One (Lyon) two additional months to finalize their respective takeover projects, the company announced today. The final offers, which cover the entire Kem One group, will be examined at a further court hearing to be held on 12 December. Kem One SAS, which includes Kem One's Lyon headquarters and the upstream chlor-alkali and PVC activities of the company at seven production sites in France, has been under receivership since the end of March...
