Huntsman to Build Fertilizer Plant in France

Huntsman says that its Pigments division has decided to build a new fertilizer plant at its titanium dioxide (TiO2) pigments manufacturing site at Calais, France. The Pigments division plans to proceed with the environmental analyses, government approvals and preliminary design work necessary to develop a capital cost estimate to build the new plant, Huntsman says.
