Cerep Moves Shares to NYSE Alternext

Cerep (Paris), a drug discovery firm, is moving its shares from Euronext Paris to NYSE Alternext, the company announced today. Cerep has transferred all 12,611,875 outstanding shares to Alternext. “Our presence at Euronext Paris imposed compliance with heavy and unsuited regulations compared to Cerep’s situation, without providing specific advantages in terms of stock valuation or liquidity.
