Catalent Sells Osny Unit

Catalent Pharma Solutions (Somerset, NJ), a contract manufacturer and pharmaceutical services company, says it has sold its Osny, France oral drug manufacturing business to Bavaria Industriekapital (Munich), a holding company that buys, restructures, and re-sells firms in Europe. Terms were not disclosed. Bavaria Industriekapital expects to retain all employees associated with the purchase and to continue to serve the business’s existing customers, Catalent says.
