CIRFS Appoints Frederic Van Houte as New Director General

CIRFS (Brussels), the European Man-made Fibers Association, has appointed Frederic Van Houte as director general as of December 2010. He replaces Colin Purvis, who will retire from CIRFS at the end of the year.
