Borealis to divest Biosuper business in France

Borealis is divesting its Biosuper business in France, the company announced today. The Biosuper brand, a phosphate-based dryer used in animal stables; and the related production equipment will be transferred to the new owner, Eliard SPCP (Pontivy, France), during the third quarter, Borealis adds. The transaction will free up storage space for Borealis's fertilizer products at the company's warehouse at La Rochelle, France, Borealis says. Details of the transaction have not been disclosed.
