Financial terms of the deal were not disclosed. GPN became 100% owner of PEC-Rhin last month by purchasing BASF's 50% stake in the company. PEC-Rhin produces calcium ammonium nitrate and ammonium nitrate, as well as ammonia and nitric acid, at Ottmarsheim. Borealis made an offer last November to acquire PEC-Rhin from GPN.
