Financial terms were not disclosed. The deal enables Bayer to expand in cast elastomers, which are suitable for industrial, mining, oil and gas, printing and wheel applications. The joint venture was formed in 2008 by Bayer and Baulé SA, which later was renamed Eximium. The transaction affects 139 employees, all of which will be retained...
