Bayer MaterialScience Buys out Systems House Partner

Bayer MaterialScience says it will buy out shareholders in its 50:50 systems house joint venture Baulé SAS (Romans, France).  Financial terms were not disclosed. The deal enables Bayer to expand in cast elastomers, which are suitable for industrial, mining, oil and gas, printing and wheel applications.
