Arkema and Dyneon Ink Fluorochemical Supply Deal

Arkema has won a long-term contract to supply hydrochlorofluorocarbon-22 (HCFC-22) to 3M subsidiary Dyneon. Financial terms were not disclosed. Dyneon says it will use the HCFC-22 at its Burgkirchen, Germany site to produce tetrafluoroethylene for use in polytetrafluoroethylene and fluoroelastomers.
