Arkema a Possible Takeover Target for Sabic or DuPont?

Sabic and DuPont may separately be interested in acquiring Arkema, following Arkema's recently announced divestment of its money-losing vinyl operations, which continues the company's transformation to a specialty chemicals producer, according to industry speculation.
